Asbestos Removal Prebbleton

Prebbleton is a small town located in the Selwyn District in the Canterbury Region of New Zealand. Dating back all the way to 1855, it is one of the earliest settlements within the Canterbury Planes.  In recent years Prebbleton has seen a population increase, this has resulted in several subdivisions of the town.  As a result, Prebbleton is definitely a town to watch for future economic growth!

With the increase in population, naturally there is a growth in construction, this has meant that more and more people are renovating and/or building.  With this uptrend in construction many people have found asbestos lurking in their homes and commercial spaces.  Many homes built between 1940 and 1970 are likely to be contaminated with dangerous asbestos materials.  Properties built during this time used common building materials such as asbestos tiles, cladding, planks, and roofing and unless they have been professional removed during renovations, may remain today.  It is very common to continue to find asbestos lurking as it cannot be detected by the naked eye.
